Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.

When he (Jesus) had finished washing their feet, he put on his clothes and returned to his place. “Do you understand what I have done for you?” he asked them.  “You call me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord,’ and rightly so, for that is what I am.  Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet.  I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you.

Our church members server each other and the community in many ways. Most of this is performed as part of our members’ own daily activities. We also serve collectively through the programs and activities provided by our church. At Cork Unitarian Church, service is what we do for each other and for our larger community.
