Cork Community Chaplaincy Services (CCCS) is a ministry of Cork Unitarian Church. CCCS operates on a non-denominational, inter-faith, inclusive community chaplaincy model that is non-proselytising and adaptable to both secular and faith-based service users. CCCS has two major focuses:
- Internal to Cork Unitarian Church: General spiritual care counselling available to church members.
- External (i.e. community facing): A focus on providing training and support for caregivers / helpers (as in: caring for the caregivers / helping the helpers) to help develop their emotional resilience to cope with the difficulties of their chosen responsibilities.
The CCCS ministry is lead by Neal Dunnigan, OEF. Brother Neal is a board certified healthcare chaplain.
